IRIS Update Form

St. Benedict at Auburndale is using the IRIS emergency notification system to send out messages in case of an emergency.  This system is set up so that parents can be contacted in various ways in the event of an emergency at SBA.  The system will allow for messages to be sent to up to 2 e-mail addresses and 3 phone numbers (including a text to the primary phone number).  If you wish to update the contact information we have on file, please fill out the form below.  By doing so, we will replace any information we have on file with the new contact information you provide.
