Time: 8:00 am- Noon & 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm (two sessions to choose from)
Place: Enter through the Dining Hall Doors (northwest side of campus)
What is Registration Day?
This is a day set aside for many campus groups, teams, organizations to offer sign ups, items for sale, offer more information on activities, volunteer opportunities and to allow parents & students to have a "one-stop" shopping day - purchase PE uniforms if necessary, opportunity for your child to locate his/her locker and put textbooks in, purchase Sodexho Lunch Card, browse our Spirit Shop, volunteer to help in our Health Room and our Home & School are just a few of the opportunities available.
Below you will find information on tables that will be staffed with SBA Faculty/Staff or Volunteers to help you as you make your way throughout the Dining Hall. Information is designed in such a way that you only have to click and print what you need.
A note on student schedules
Detailed student schedules will be e-mailed in early August.

Acknowledgement of Handbook |
All SBA students must print a copy of the 09-10 Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form and turn in at the table. Please note this form must be signed by student and one custodial parent. Student Directory/Buzzbook will be distributed after school starts. | 2 items needed here: |

Sodexho (Dining Hall) |
Sodexho is the service provider for our Dining Hall. Sodexho offers a SBA Debit Card or cash can be used for purchases. |

March for Life Trip |
SBA sponsors an annual trip to the Pro Life March each January in Washington, D.C. For more information or to turn in your deposit - visit this table. |

Cheer Team |
SBA Cheer team will be selling Class t-shirts and also holding another try out session for anyone interested. |

Athletics |
SBA currently offers 23 sports each year. If you want to see all of our teams compete, stop by the Athletics table to buy your SBA season pass. They will also be selling Football Parking Passes and taking orders for SBA Jackets. |

Medication Form & Sign up to help in Health Room |
Any student taking any sort of medication during the school day (even over the counter) must have on file a medication permission form and follow all school policies. We also ask if your child has any medical issues we need to be aware of to stop by this table. Medication can be turned in this day with the accompanying form. |

Carpool Sign-ups |
In an effort to help our parents who might be looking for rides or those who might be interested in helping out - we ask that if you fit into either of those categories, return the carpool form on registration day. We'll compile a list and publish on Edline. |

This table will have all the information you'll need if you are interested in traveling to Costa Rica or Spain/Italy. |

Physical Education Uniforms |
All students taking a course in the Physical Education Dept. are required to purchase the school issued uniform for class. |

Wrestling |
Stop by to buy tickets to the Wrestling team's pancake breakfast on August 15. They will also be selling SBA Dog Tags. Also, they will have information on joining the wrestling team. |

SBA's Home and School Association is a volunteer organization vital to our school - officers will be available to take your membership form and answer questions and be sure to check out the Registration Day discount. |

The yearbooks for the 2008-09 school year have arrived. Students (returning only) should stop by this table and pick up your copy. Please note a signature (student or parent) is required so students are only allowed to pick up their personal copy. |

Parking Permits |
All vehicles on campus must have a permit unless parking in the Visitors Spaces. Permits are available throughout the year as long as parking spaces are available. Parking permits are $5 each. |

Locker Issues |
Locker numbers and combinations are found on the student schedules. We ask all students to find his/her locker and try the combination on Registration Day. Any troubles, please stop by this table. |

Used Uniform |
Stop by and check out the used uniforms available for purchase. Supply is limited. If you have some uniforms you would like to donate, please drop off at school Aug 5 or Aug 6. |
