Required Admissions Documents
You may submit your application to begin the process and provide the required documents in the following days. Submitting your application allows us to request official transcripts and Pre-ACT results (if applicable) directly from your student’s school.
Please ensure the following documents are ready for digital upload in PDF or JPEG format, with all files in vertical orientation.
Please make sure all documents are legible.
- Birth Certificate
- Academic Records: Freshman applicants should provide their most recent report card, while transfer students must submit transcripts based on their current grade level.
- Immunization Records: Must be up to date for students in 7th grade or higher.
- School Contacts: Provide the names and email addresses of your student’s principal and counselor, as they will be asked to submit recommendations.
- PLUS Program Applicants:
If your student has a learning difference and is applying to the PLUS Program, include a psychological evaluation (dated within the last three years) specifying the diagnosed learning difference.
