Tuition Payment Plans
St. Benedict at Auburndale contracts with FACTS Management Company to manage our tuition payment program. All families are required to enroll with FACTS Tuition Management to make tuition payments. Laptops are distributed to students once this is completed.
Enrollment of new students and re-enrollment of current students
Due at time of enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year:
- Student's signed enrollment contract
- A $400 fee:
- $250 tuition deposit
- $150 enrollment fee which will be waived for families who enroll within 14 days of receiving their enrollment contract.
The Enrollment Contract is part of the student's online enrollment form. All parents or guardians must accept the Enrollment Contract by providing their electronic signature. They should understand that unless the St. Benedict business office receives written notification to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of submission, the parents or guardians will be financially responsible for the student and obligated to pay the full annual tuition and associated fees.
The Catholic Diocese of Memphis mandates that all financial obligations be current for students to re-enroll at St. Benedict or transfer from other schools, with all accounts settled with previous institutions for admission. Similarly, the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA), which governs our athletic participation, requires that all tuition accounts be current for students to be eligible for their respective sports. This rule also applies to students participating in extracurricular clubs and activities.

Families are responsible for the annual payment plan set up fee charged by FACTS. It is due within 14 days of your agreement being finalized and will be scheduled and collected by FACTS.
All credit card transactions will be charged an additional 4% processing fee.

Tuition Discounts
Tuition Insurance and FACTS Peace of Mind (POM) Benefit
We are exploring options for tuition insurance. Those receiving financial aid and/or enrolled in a monthly payment plan will be required to purchase.
Families may also add the FACTS Peace of Mind (POM) benefit. This optional benefit is added to the FACTS enrollment fee. In the event of the death of a parent / guardian, FACTS will cover the student’s tuition for the rest of the academic year.
FACTS Incidental Billing
Incidental billing offers the flexibility and convenience for families to pay for incidental expenses that fall outside of tuition (i.e. AP Testing). Incidental invoices may be sent periodically for charges that are not included in your payment plan with FACTS.
It’s important to note the difference between your tuition payment plan and billing for incidental fees: The incidental fees are various fees billed separately and will never be added to or subtracted from your tuition payment plan.
