St. Benedict at Auburndale High School, in the Diocese of Memphis, Tennessee, is now accepting applications for the position of DIRECTOR OF ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT.
St. Benedict is a diocesan, co-educational high school. St. Benedict serves families from the Memphis/Mid-South area. Dedicated administrators, faculty, and staff strive to fulfill the mission and vision by working with families to develop students in a Christ-focused approach that involves educating the whole student.
The Director of Enrollment Management will help shape, design, and implement strategies, programs, and events for admission and advancement of student enrollment and retention programs. Essential duties include developing and maintaining strong relationships with representatives of all area K – 8 schools; presenting and representing the school to prospective students and parents; maintaining the systematic and efficient handling of inquiries and all phases of the admissions cycle; coordinating all events related to a successful admissions office; and serving as an active member of the school’s advancement office. This position is full-time, 12 months.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in an admissions/financial aid office, preferably in a Catholic or independent high school; a deep commitment to further the mission and vision of St. Benedict High School; excellent communication and public speaking skills; have knowledge of and a desire to use appropriate technology solutions; strong analytical and decision-making skills; and the ability to promote a vision, communicate a strategy, and implement goals. Inherent to all positions at St. Benedict is the duty to develop the moral and spiritual life of students and faculty, with a focus on service to others.
