Female Athletes Summer Training

This conditioning program is for all SBA female athletes 9 – 12. We will be concentrating on increasing muscle strength, cardio conditioning, core strength and flexibility. Our goal is to promote girls supporting girls in their athletic endeavors through team building. The girls will also be working on their leadership skills and focusing on commitment and accountability.

Please register below by May 24. 

Program begins Tuesday, May 28.
