Below is more information on how we achieve that mission through a Catholic, Coed, College Prep environment.

*Bundled tuition includes tuition for either Traditional, PLUS, or Part-time PLUS and the following non-refundable fees:
Activity Fee $400 per student
Technology Fee $650 per student
Drug Testing Fee $100 per student
Enrollment Fee: $400 per student
The Enrollment Fee is due with the completion of the online Enrollment Form. However, families are offered an “Early Bird Discount” enrollment fee of $250 if the form and payment are submitted during the initial enrollment period.
Senior Graduation Fee: $200 per graduate
Course Fees: Some courses require supplementary fees for supplies. These fees vary and will be added to your FACTS payment plan after schedules are finalized in September.

FACTS Management Company manages our tuition payment program
All families must be enrolled with FACTS Tuition Management to process tuition payments.
NEW families can enroll at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3CF1Q to set up their family plan. You will customize your plan and select the date and frequency of your plan to match your family's budget.
Current families with an SBA FACTS agreement have been re-enrolled for the 2022-23 school year with the same plan initially selected. If you need to revise your plan, please call Kathy Hurt at 260-2868 in the Business Office to submit your request.
Laptops will not be distributed to students who do not have an active FACTS agreement.
Families are responsible for the annual sign-up fee charged by FACTS. After your agreement is finalized, the sign-up fee will be scheduled on the confirmation email you receive from FACTS. The payment will be due within 14 days of your agreement being completed.
Annually – All monies due April 2023 (sign-up fee - $25)
Quarterly – Due dates: May, August, November, and February (sign-up fee - $55)
Monthly – The monthly payment plan options are as follows: (sign-up fee - $55)
12-month plan: payments are due April 2023 - March 2024
11-month plan: payments are due May 2023 - March 2024
All monthly payment plans must be paid in full by March 2024.
Annual Payment Option: A $200 discount will be given if the Business Office is notified by March 21, 2022, and tuition is paid in full by April 1.
Multi-Child Rate: A $200 discount will be given for each additional sibling enrolled.
Incidental billing allows families to pay for incidental expenses that fall outside of tuition (i.e., field trips, club dues, Home & School events, Honor Society dues, etc.). Incidental invoices may be sent periodically for charges that are not included in your payment plan with FACTS.
It’s important to note the difference between your tuition payment plan and billing for incidental fees: The incidental fees are various fees billed entirely separately and will never be added to or subtracted from your tuition payment plan.

SBA has a limited amount of tuition assistance to award each year. Applications for financial aid are being accepted online through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3CF1Q. The FACTS tuition assistance application is completed using your current year's Tax Return.
To be considered:
All families must reapply annually for financial assistance. This procedure complies with all TSSAA regulations.
Re-Enrollment: The Catholic Diocese of Memphis requires that all financial obligations be current for students to re-enroll at St. Benedict.
Enrollment Contract: The Enrollment Contract is included on the student’s online Enrollment Form. All parents/guardians will agree to the Enrollment Contract with their electronic signature and understand that, unless notified in writing to cancel this contract by April 1, 2023, the parents/guardians financially responsible for the student will be obligated to pay the total annual tuition and fees.
Credit Card usage: All credit card transactions will be charged an additional 4%.
The Catholic Diocese of Memphis requires that all students currently enrolled at St. Benedict must fulfill financial obligations for the current school year to be allowed to re-enroll for the next school year. Any family not current with tuition or current with their FACTS agreement will not be sent an online Enrollment Form.
The Catholic Diocese of Memphis requires that all students who wish to transfer to St. Benedict must have settled all accounts with the previous school(s) to gain admission.
The Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA), which governs our athletic participation, requires that all tuition accounts be current for the student to be eligible to participate in their respective sports. This same rule applies to SBA students’ participation in our extracurricular clubs and activities.
St. Benedict at Auburndale requires that all tuition accounts be paid in full for the graduating senior to receive a cap and gown to participate in the related ceremonies.
